Oliver Krauss, Andreas Schuler and Anna Lackerbauer participated at the FHIR Developer Days 2016 in Amsterdam. A big thank you to HL7 Austria for sponsoring Andreas and Oliver!
In addition to attending diverse instructive presentations and talks, Oliver also conducted a presentation concerning KIMBO, one of current research projects. Particularly it was about FHIR workflow to support tumor boards. If you missed it, feel free to watch the record here or have a look at the presenation slides. Some additional information about Multi Disciplinary Team Meetings (MDTMs) can be found here.
As well as last year 6 of our students had the opportunity to be part of the StudentsTrack. There they could network with other students from different countries (e.g. Chile) and test the interoperability of their implementation (according to the given implementation guide) in a small Connectathon. In the end the great results were presented to a jury consisting of FHIR experts. Another highlight was the visit of ChipSoft. Thanks to the ChipSoft-Team for the great organization!
We are looking forward to be part of the FHIR DevDays 2017.
