Our colleague Christoph Praschl had the pleasure of presenting the BAMBI research project at the Brainstage in Linz. Right in the heart of the city, Upper Austrian universities were able to bring technology and science closer to a wide audience.
Under the motto ‘We need more surveillance’, Christoph was able to take a brief excursion into drone-based wildlife surveillance and the innovative approach from the project. Our James Bond-like spy fleet was of course also there 😉
It was a pleasure to share our progress with a wide audience and introduce interested parties to how AI and drones can contribute to nature conservation 🙂
