Real-ID

Redem GmbH offers an AI-supported quality assurance system for survey data that automatically checks survey interviews against specific quality criteria. An increasing challenge is that more and more answers are not coming from real people, but from artificial entities such as chatbots. In order to ensure the validity of the survey results in the long term, a digital fingerprint is to be developed as part of the joint Real-ID project, which will enable a reliable distinction to be made between real and artificial participants even before the survey is conducted. The solution will be developed in several steps: First, a high-quality and harmonized database will be established, then features will be identified that differentiate between real and artificial users. Based on this, a classification model will be developed that uses these features to automatically recognize artificial entities. The final solution will be seamlessly integrated into Redem’s existing quality assurance processes.
