KIMIKU - AI-based Modelling and Interactive Visualization of Customer Loyalty Factors for SMB

The goal of the KIMIKU project is to enhance the customer loyalty system developed by the project partner hello again through the use of AI-supported modeling, data analysis and evaluation in such a way that vouchers and other special offers, as well as reminders, can be automatically generated and individually tailored to each end user. A special focus is to combine anonymized user data collected in different companies in order to achieve even more reliable analysis results. Results of the data processing steps and suggestions of the AI system are to be graphically prepared and made available via a web-based dashboard in an easily understandable manner.
