Replient Side-Kick

The “Replient AI Sidekick” project is concerned with the development of an intelligent extension for the Replient platform. The aim is to create an interactive chat assistant that enables users with no prior technical knowledge to analyze social media comments in real time – for example, to analyze the mood about a product or to identify common problems. In contrast to existing solutions, replient.ai not only offers static reports, but also dialogue-based, contextual analyses with automatic visualization. Technically, the AI sidekick is based on natural language processing, large language models and a modular architecture that translates free text queries into structured queries. The platform is particularly aimed at SMEs, enabling them to make data-driven decisions without having to build up their own data science expertise.
