The research project in cooperation with 506 Data & Performance GmbH deals with the scoring of potential customers (“leads”) in the B2B acquisition of new customers. For this purpose, machine learning methods are to be used to control the sales team and for effective, personalized (automated) communication with potential new customers. In the research environment, customers are usually evaluated based on rules. This rigid integration is to be improved and made more dynamic in the research project with the help of anonymized data through machine learning approaches.
