A standardized, IT-supported recording of the services provided by caregivers and the patient&#8217;s state of health promotes the quality of care at home and supports the exchange of information between different actors, beyond the boundaries of care. The OPPA project is concerned with the conceptual design and prototypical implementation of a platform for caregiving relatives and personal caregivers.
